Each maintenance service call includes a call out booked at a time to suit you, a drain of your water feature into specialist Vats (taking care of any pond fish at the time), a thorough powerwash / flush out and clean of the pond by hand, followed by a refill of the mature pond water back into the water feature to retain the existing healthy bacteria.

Enhance your ecosystem water feature annually

Optional extras during your Annual Pond Maintenance could include new aquatic planting, specialist bacteria based water treatments and annual auto-dosing systems for pond treatments.

We offer a Customer Annual Pond Maintenance email reminder service to those customers that opt in, leaving you peace of mind to enjoy your water feature and know that we will contact you again when the pond cleaning season has arrived to book in your appointment at a time to suit.

All we ask you to do is regularly clear any garden debris (leaves etc.) from your pond & water feature as part of your normal garden routine, sit back and enjoy your water feature.
