As part of our our aftercare customer service, Brit Ponds offers annual pond maintenance packages to suit all ecosystem water features designed and created by us. These packages come with a handy annual email reminder service so you can relax and be assured that the professionals will take care of the annual maintenance of your water feature.

Regular maintenance for your ecosystem water feature

Each maintenance visit includes a call out at a time to suit you, a drain of your water feature into specialist Vats (taking care of any pond fish at the time), a powerwash / flush out and clean and refill of the mature water back into the water feature to retain the healthy bacteria.

Enhance your ecosystem water feature

Optional extras include new aquatic planting, bacteria based water treatments and annual auto-dosing systems. Many of our customers book their maintenance packages on a year by year rolling basis as part of their annual pond care which we recommend to keep your Brit Ponds water feature in good order. This will also extend your customer guarantee for a further year.

We offer a Customer Annual Pond Maintenance email reminder service to those customers that opt in, leaving you peace of mind to enjoy your water feature and know that we will contact you again when the pond cleaning season has arrived to book in your appointment at a time to suit.

All we ask you to do is regularly clear any garden debris (leaves etc.) from your pond & water feature as part of your normal garden routine, sit back and enjoy your water feature.
