There are a wide variety of options for your Brit Ponds ecosystem garden water feature at different prices, with an indication of costs found in our packages & examples section. All project costings are agreed with you in advance according to your project requirements.

Each Brit Ponds water feature project is personal to you, and is priced accordingly. They are one of a kind custom creations. We encourage you to contact us to discuss your ideas and agree a budget for your pond project.

Based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, we operate extensively across Herts, Beds, Bucks, and Greater London. Our popular service areas include St Albans, Harpenden, Watford, Radlett, Tring, Welwyn Garden City, Woburn, Beaconsfield, Amersham, High Wycombe, and premium London boroughs including Hampstead, Highgate, Richmond, Wimbledon, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster.

We find that many initial queries can be covered by email or phone. However some projects do require a visit to discuss your personal requirements in more detail.

Meet with our founder, Daniel at a Customer Site Consultation to discuss your project and ideas. All Customer Site Consultations are made at a time to suit you.

Consultation booking and fees are payable in advance of your appointment and can be booked online via our Customer Site Consultation page.

Yes we are Master Certified Aquascape Contractors, professionally trained & certified by Aquascape Inc in the USA & UK. We have many years experience as water feature specialists, offering water feature services to home owners and collaborating with other landscape & garden designer professionals.

Professionally trained and experienced Brit Ponds team members and CACs are the only people to work on your project. All have experience of installing different kinds of ecosystem water features for customers.

Our team & collaborators are trained by leading US Ecosystem Pond brand Aquascape Inc. to Certified Aquascape Contractor standard (CAC) and are experienced in this field.

CACs are some of the most qualified and informed pond contractors in the UK Pond & Water Gardening Industry. As Master British Certified Aquascape Contractors you can be assured that we are required to undergo continuing professional training to maintain our Aquascape Inc CAC Certification and professional standards. 

We collaborate on larger water features with our fellow CAC colleagues so that our customers get seamless project management from teams who are all trained to the same high CAC standards. We are proud to regularly collaborate with award winning Garden Designers & Landscapers on public, private and commercial landscaped gardens.

The average time to install a Brit Ponds Small Ecosystem Pond is usually within the week (up to 5 days) subject to the size and complexity of the project.

Medium and Large Ecosystem Pond Packages can take between 1-2 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your project. Fountainscapes can take anything from 1 day to 2-3 days depending on complexity.

Once your ecosystem water feature is installed you can rely on us for any after care enquiries.

Firstly, we will give you guidance about 'What To Expect' from your natural water feature in the weeks after installation, together with our 'What to Expect from your new ecosystem water feature' e-booklet for reference.

Secondly, Daniel will contact you again to follow up in the weeks after works are completed to check in and make sure that all is fine.

Thirdly, you can rely on your 12 Month Brit Ponds Guarantee if anything arises (subject to our T&Cs). In addition your Aquascape Inc. pond equipment comes with its own consumer protection.

Fourthly, we highly recommend you take out one of our annual Pond Maintenance packages to keep your water feature running smoothly and to extend your Brit Ponds Guarantee.

Finally we offer a Customer Annual Pond Maintenance email reminder service to those customers that opt in, leaving you in peace of mind to enjoy your water feature and know that we will contact you again when the pond cleaning season has arrived to book in your appointment at a time to suit.

All we ask you to do is regularly clear any garden debris (leaves etc.) from your pond & water feature as part of your normal garden routine, sit back and enjoy your water feature.
