Customer Site Consultation

A Customer Site Consultation with our Founder, Daniel, includes a full assessment of your garden space, discussion of your ideas & detailed options of what kind of natural pond or water feature is possible. This is followed with our Recommendation & Estimate Report for your project. If required, we can create a bespoke Hand Drawn Water Feature Design Plan for your project prepared by Daniel (Design fee applicable).

Planning Your Water Feature

We will continue to collaborate with you and your appointed Garden Designer and/or Landscaper if appointed on finalising your water feature design. Once the design is agreed, we will finalise your project budget, schedule and any bespoke features.

Water Feature Installation

We will handle the whole process of project management & installation, designing & creating your custom water feature in the agreed timescale and collaborating with your garden design team. On completion, our after care service will include your personalised Brit Ponds 12 Month Guarantee and our ‘What to Expect” e-brochure.
