Customer Site Consultation

A Customer Site Consultation with our Founder, Daniel, includes a full assessment of your garden space, discussion of your ideas & detailed options of what kind of natural water feature is possible at a time to suit you. This is followed by our Water Feature Recommendation & Estimate report. If visual designs of your water feature vision are requested, we can create a bespoke Water Feature Design document for your project prepared by Daniel to his artistic design (Design fee applicable for Brit Ponds design drawings subject to copyright).

Planning Your Water Feature

We will continue to collaborate with you – and your Gardener, Garden Designer and/or Landscaper – on finalising your water feature design & overall project, timeframe and budget, after which your paperwork for the project will follow if you would like to go ahead.

Water Feature Installation

We will handle the whole process of project management & installation, designing & creating your custom water feature in the agreed timescale and collaborating with your garden design team. On completion, our After Care service will include your personalised Brit Ponds 12 Month Guarantee and our ‘What to Expect” e-brochure alongside our customer annual email reminder service for Annual Pond Maintenance calls.
