"Daniel has built a beautiful pondless water feature which fits perfectly into our garden. It provides the gentle sound of water over rock; perfect for the sunny seating area. The rocks, stones, tree stumps and plants have been combined to create a natural habitat for wild life and native plants. Looking forward to spending many happy hours relaxing by this lovely stream. "Brit Ponds are absolute gem. Fantastic service and communication from Daniel & Sarah – both extremely lovely, friendly and helpful. Daniel and his team have transformed our small tired looking pond, which was in bad shape and suffered from number of issues into a beautiful natural looking ecosystem pond. They did an excellent job bringing a new lease of life to our garden. The pond was moved to a better location, built a new rock waterfall and installed beautiful planting around the pond area in the process – the pond is a stunning centre piece to our garden finally to be enjoyed. We are delighted with the result. "If you are considering a pond, big or small, look no further than Brit ponds. Outstanding work, experts in the field and they know exactly what they’re doing and they give you the best version of your dream pond. I contacted Brit Ponds after following them for a year, and I didn’t think they would respond as my existing pond was in a right state and access to the garden was a huge issue. But Daniel from Brit Ponds responded very quickly, asked for all the info and pictures, took on the challenge, gave me couple of options and prices to sort it out and turned up bright and early on the date promised and regardless of the weather. There was no drama. Daniel quickly identified the issues, gave thorough and brutal but honest advice and unfortunately the only solution was to redo it all. Sarah, the heart of Brit Ponds, brilliantly manages everything from timely paperwork through to regular updates and I know exactly what will be happening each day and well in advance. I knew I was in safe hands. Daniel carefully considered what I wanted, the materials and colours I wanted to use and the design I had in mind and he built me my mini Niagara falls. Something that every other pond builder said was impossible- Daniel and his colleague Andreas made it happen. They took on board what I really wanted, down to how I wanted my waterfall to sound when I wanted out and worked relentlessly until they created a masterpiece. The water is crystal clear, no foaming, no protein, my Koi are happy and the waterfall is just stunning. They looked after my home, was ever so considerate, carried heavy rocks up and down stairs and through the house and into the garden with so much care. They were such a delight to have around and have truly become family. I had to travel for work and I just left them with keys to my home and came back to my dream pond. THANK YOU so much Brit ponds for the stunning pond and all the hard work- I really appreciate it."
