Private Koi Carp Buying Service
We are increasingly asked to help with sourcing high quality koi for our ecosystem ponds. We offer our clients a private koi buying excursion with our Founder, Daniel to our trusted and experienced koi suppliers.
We advise on the best options to suit your pond. This private service includes a return trip to your home for supervised release of the Koi into your pond, and follow up aftercare advising on best Koi care for your new arrivals.
Our Koi Carp buying service is booked by private appointment only with price on application.

Koi ponds can range in size from small ponds to larger ponds and natural swimming ponds or even specialist Japanese Water Gardens.

How much does it cost to create a koi pond or Japanese Water Garden?

We are based in Berkhamstead, Hertfordshire but cover London and the Home Counties.
Do you visit us to discuss our requirements?
We find that many initial queries can be covered by email or phone. However some projects do require a visit to discuss your personal requirements in more detail.
Meet with our founder, Daniel at a Customer Site Consultation to discuss your project and ideas. All Customer Site Consultations are made at a time to suit you.
Consultation booking and fees are payable in advance of your appointment and can be booked online via our Customer Site Consultation page.
If you decide not to go ahead with us after your Consultation, the Consultation fee is non-refundable once the Consultation service appointment has been completed.

Do you also offer ongoing koi pond maintenance?
Yes we do. As part of our annual pond maintenance packages we cover koi ponds, ensuring koi are carefully retained in Koi Vats for the duration of the service visit.
Do you help with sourcing Koi carp for our pond?
Yes we do! We offer a private koi buying excursion to our trusted and experienced koi suppliers and return to your garden pond for supervised release. We also often advise on koi care and wellbeing. This specialist service is available to our clients by prior appointment.
