We find that many initial queries can be covered by email or phone. However some projects do require a site visit to discuss your personal requirements in more detail.
Meet with our Founder Daniel at a Customer Site Consultation to discuss your project and ideas. All Customer Site Consultations are made at a time to suit you.
Consultation booking and fees are payable in advance of your appointment and can be booked online via our online shop. If you decide not to go ahead with us after your Consultation, the Consultation fee is non-refundable once the Consultation service appointment has been completed.

The average time to install a Brit Ponds Small Ecosystem Pond is usually within the week (up to 5 days) subject to the size and complexity of the project.
Medium and Large Ecosystem Pond Packages can take between 1-2 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your project.

Fountainscapes can take anything from 1 day to 2-3 days depending on complexity.

There are a wide variety of options for your Brit Ponds ecosystem garden water feature at different prices, with an indication of costs found in our online shop. All project costings are agreed with you in advance according to your project requirements.
This year we have launched our Brit Ponds "Bubbling Rocks" water feature at £2,390 incl. VAT for a bespoke hand crafted spillway rock fountain which is proving to be popular.
Options go up to our Large Ecosystem Pond Package starting from £27,780 including VAT for a bespoke pond sized 7.8m x 6.3m (25ft x 20ft), with a variety of optional upgrades and costings inbetween.
Each Brit Ponds water feature project is personal to you, and is priced accordingly. They are one of a kind custom creations. We encourage you to contact us to discuss your ideas and agree a budget for your pond project.

Professionally trained and experienced Brit Ponds team members and CACs are the only people to work on your project. All have experience of building different kinds of ecosystem water features for customers.
Our team & collaborators are trained by leading US Ecosystem Pond brand Aquascape Inc to British Certified Aquascape Contractor standard (BCAC) and are experienced in this field.
CACs are some of the most qualified and informed pond contractors in the UK Pond & Water Gardening Industry.
As Master British Certified Aquascape Contractors you can be assured that we are required to undergo continuing professional training to maintain our Aquascape Inc CAC Certification and professional standards. We regularly attend Any Pond’s ‘Pond College’ in Northampton as part of the British Aquascape offering to undergo hands on training and updates with our peers, along with taking part in US based training annually.
We also attend inspirational workshops & field trips to be inspired by Mother Nature and bring this creative impetus to our customers’ water features.
We collaborate on larger water features with our fellow CAC colleagues so that our customers get seamless project management from teams who are all trained to the same high CAC standards.

Yes we do. And they can be some of the most exciting and beautiful natural water feature projects we are engaged upon.
A recreation pond or natural swimming pond will be lower maintenance compared to a traditional built swimming pool, is sustainable, looks wonderful throughout the seasons, and is more efficient to run.
It will be made of natural components, working with Mother Nature and not against her, and will sit naturally and beautifully within your landscape 365 days of the year.
It will be a water feature to enjoy for all of the family year round, whether sitting alongside the swim pond with a drink in the evening sun, going for a morning dip or larking around with the family & pets.
Natural Swim ponds are becoming a more popular and green alternative to installing traditional built swimming pools. They are not built with concrete and do not require chemicals to keep the water healthy.

All Aquascape Inc product used in our water features is of high quality and comes with a 12 month product Guarantee from our suppliers. Some product guarantees with Aquascape are extendable on registration online.
Brit Ponds offers a 12 month Guarantee of your installed ecosystem water feature from completion of the project and upon receipt of payment in full.
If you opt to take out yearly Maintenance Packages with us following installation of your Brit Ponds ecosystem water feature, the 12 month Guarantee will extend for a further 12 months duration. See our online shop for details of our Maintenance packages.

We also offer pond clean outs & services for Customers with existing ponds not created by ourselves. Ask us for more information if you need help with an existing pond that you have inherited.

Water feature project works
Having a Certified Master Aquatic Artist CAC pond professional install your ecosystem water feature will give you peace of mind that it is professionally created and will operate properly. Your ecosystem garden water feature is a living, biodiverse ecosystem - as in Mother Nature - and will need only routine garden ongoing maintenance on your part for its general upkeep.
We recommend our Annual Pond Maintenance packages for keeping your ecosystem pond & water feature in good working order throughout the year, with a once a year maintenance visit.
All of our services & water feature packages are supplied and installed at your home for the price shown within a 25 mile radius of our headquarters in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.
Maintenance package costings may vary for project installations beyond this area or for those which have particular needs. We advise enquiring with us about POA for site addresses further afield and we can discuss your individual requirements.
All ecosystem water features are priced according to your project requirements.
Bespoke carpentry & joinery or additional landscaping services come supplied and installed as per your POA and personal quote.

Once your ecosystem water feature is installed you can rely on us for any after care enquiries.
Firstly, we will give you guidance about ‘What To Expect‘ from your natural water feature in the weeks after installation, together with our 'What to Expect from your new ecosystem water feature' .pdf booklet for reference.
Secondly, Daniel will contact you again to follow up in the weeks after works are completed to check in and make sure that all is fine.
Thirdly, you can rely on your 12 Month Brit Ponds Guarantee if anything arises (subject to our T&Cs). In addition your Aquascape Inc. pond equipment comes with its own consumer protection.
Fourthly , we highly recommend you take out of our annual Pond Maintenance packages to keep your water feature running smoothly and to extend your Brit Ponds Guarantee.
Finally we offer a Customer Annual Pond Maintenance email reminder service to those customers that opt in, leaving you in peace of mind to enjoy your water feature and know that we will contact you again when the pond cleaning season has arrived to book in your appointment at as time to suit.
All we ask you to do is regularly clear any garden debris (leaves etc.) from your pond & water feature as part of your normal garden routine, sit back and enjoy your water feature.
